General: All copyrights remain the property of Declan Corrigan whether commissioned or not. All Images are provided to clients under Licence for the period of one year, and may be used by the original client only, and only for the purpose originally outlined in the commissioning contract. Extended use or use for a different purpose of the image or images must be applied for in writing and will attract a fee for a further licence period. Use of any images owned by Declan Corrigan without his permission may result in prosecution for each and every unlicensed use.
